feeling as unwanted as ever
just try it a month or two at a time. cut out red meat first bc that’s the easiest one to do, then white, then dairy, then gelatine etc. cheese is the hardest thing to kick!
Ive been vegetarian for over a year, ive been attempting to cut out milk for the last few months but im not very good at it:( im just thinking about aiming for a whole week of being vegan and see how i go!
i want to become vegan so bad but i just know i will fail :(
